Warranty Information

ELIGIBILITY

Phenix Wheels' Limited Warranty (the "Limited Warranty") covers original equipment wheels, replica replacement wheels, upgrade wheels and chromed wheels manufactured or remanufactured and sold by Phenix Wheels (each a "Phenix Wheels Product" and together, the "Phenix Wheels Products"), and standard wheel refinishing services provided by Phenix Wheels (the "Phenix Wheels Refinishing Services"). Coverage is extended under this Limited Warranty only to the original purchaser of a Phenix Wheels Product or Phenix Wheels Refinishing Services and only to the vehicle for which the Phenix Wheels Product or Phenix Wheels Refinishing Services covered by the warranty. This Limited Warranty is not assignable. Proof of original purchase is required from the warranty holder to obtain limited warranty coverage

Original Equipment, Replica Replacement Wheels, Upgrade Wheels

Original equipment, replica replacement wheels or upgrade wheels sold by Phenix Wheels carry a lifetime limited warranty that extends from the date of purchase.

Wheel Refinishing Services

Phenix Wheels Refinishing Services carry a lifetime-limited warranty that extends from the date of purchase.

.Chromed Wheels

Chromed wheels sold by Phenix Wheels carry a one year limited warranty and Upgrade Wheels carry a 3-year / 36,000 mile warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by Phenix Wheels. Extended Limited Warranty coverage may be available at an additional charge

PHENIX WHEELS' LIMITED WARRANTY

The sole obligation of Phenix Wheels under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, any Phenix Wheels Product or to reapply Phenix Wheels Services to a product delivered to Phenix Wheels, which is determined by Phenix Wheels to have been defective in materials or workmanship provided by Phenix Wheels.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The sole obligation of Phenix Wheels under this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, any Phenix Wheels Product or to reapply Phenix Wheels Refinishing Services to a product delivered to Phenix Wheels, which is determined by Phenix Wheels to have been defective in material or workmanship provided by Phenix Wheels.

A Phenix Wheels Product or product with Phenix Wheels Refinishing Services damaged under any of the following circumstances is excluded from warranty coverage.

Damage from misuse, negligence, racing, improper installation, collision, or from the use of clip-on balance weights.
Surface finish damage from stone chips or similar road hazards.
Surface finish damage from the use of polishing or rubbing compounds, cleaners, abrasive materials, or acid based chemicals from auto car washes.
Installation on a vehicle other than the vehicle for which the wheel was designed.
Repair or alteration of a Phenix Wheels Product or product of Phenix Wheels Refinishing Services by any party other than Phenix Wheels.
Any finish damage due to neglect, corrosion and/or pitting of the Chrome Product due to exposure to salt.
Discoloration as a result of cleaning the Chrome Product while it is hot

Phenix Wheels highly values the relationship we have with our customers, and are so confident in our products and services, we established our Satisfaction Guarantee. If within the first 14 days you determine that you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, simply contact our Customer Service Team. We will be happy to correct the situation for you.
